Director of Growth Marketing
Excelle is seeking a strategic and creative Director of Growth Marketing to lead our efforts in driving recruitment, strengthening membership, and building a seamless admissions and onboarding experience. This role will oversee Excelle’s digital presence, including social media, email marketing, and CRM systems, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand and fuels our growth.

Core Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing and Recruitment
- Own the full enrollment marketing funnel: from awareness through application to onboarding.
- Develop and execute campaigns that drive new member leads and increase conversion rates.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO to forecast recruitment goals and track progress toward them.
- Build strategies to engage untapped audiences and expand Excelle’s reach across networks.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Lead Excelle’s social media presence with dynamic, high-quality content that drives brand awareness and program enrollment.
- Manage newsletters, event communications, and email campaigns, ensuring messaging is consistent, inclusive, and high-performing.
- Create and execute multimedia content (graphics, videos, presentations) that bring Excelle’s programs and brand to life across digital and in-person experiences.
Admissions Communications & Onboarding
- Create compelling language and materials for admissions and recruitment, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Build onboarding communications and touchpoints that create an exceptional member experience from day one.
- Partner with program leads to align marketing, admissions, and member experience, ensuring a cohesive member journey.
CRM & Data Management
- Lead the setup and ongoing optimization of Excelle’s CRM, establishing processes for data capture, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Manage and execute campaigns within CRM and email platforms, including audience segmentation and workflow automation.
- Analyze performance metrics to surface insights, refine strategies, and improve recruitment outcomes.
Brand & Partnerships
- Maintain Excelle’s brand identity across all materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with partners and sponsors to co-create marketing assets that highlight their involvement and expand reach.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or enrollment management—ideally in membership-driven, mission-oriented organizations.
- Strong experience in social media strategy, content creation, and email marketing.
- Exceptional writing skills with a sharp eye for tone, brand voice, and inclusivity.
- Proficiency in visual storytelling, including graphic design and basic video editing.
- Comfort with CRM systems, analytics, and building marketing funnels.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience
- Generous paid time off: Four fully paid weeks annually, in addition to standard holidays
- One week in July
