We’re looking for skilled Software Engineers who thrive in a collaborative, distributed environment with a strong background in microservices and event-driven architecture. You'll be working on scalable systems that support millions of users and real-time transactions.

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop scalable microservices with event-driven patterns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Work in a cloud-native environment with modern DevOps practices
Contribute to solution architecture and technical decision-making
Collaborate in a multi-region team based on SCRUM methodology.
Work with product management and client services to scope out work and define acceptance criteria
Participate in code reviews to share expertise with the team, ensure code quality, and verify PCI compliance
Help improve development standards, tooling, and processes Participating in technical decision-making within the team, taking a lead role where appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with service-oriented or microservices architecture using synchronous (REST) and asynchronous (event-driven) integration
Proficiency in C# and NET as you will be working on modernizing to .NET 8/9
Experience with GitLab and CI/CD.
Experience with Log Management and Observability tools
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
An excellent understanding of software engineering techniques
Worked in an agile development environment using processes like Kanban or Scrum
Comfortable receiving guidance from people leader and colleagues (e.g. Staff Developer, Senior Developer) and in turn helps share knowledge with others whenever possible in the spirit of continuous learning by all
