Requirements

7+ years of experience in UX/UI design
A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience with complex SaaS platforms, responsive design, and interactive prototypes
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and others
Proven experience in building and managing complex design system solutions
Expertise in wireframing and prototyping using tools like InVision, Balsamiq, and similar collaborative platforms
Deep understanding of UX/UI processes
Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and accessibility best practices

Nice to Have

Expertise in AI-driven solutions
Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Banking & FinTech, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Healthcare & MedTech

English level

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

Work on conducting productive design
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other contributors
Create and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and design specs
Execute visual design from concept to final hand-off
Present and defend design decisions
Conduct user and stakeholder interviews
Perform research to gain insights and validate strategies
Follow Jobs to be Done framework
Work with Kanban methodology
Establish and promote design best practices
