What You’ll Do

Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to enhance code quality and development velocity
Develop high-quality, performant code using design patterns and best practices
Design solutions addressing business and technical requirements; challenge and improve briefs
Conduct peer code reviews and constructively critique solutions
Drive automation and shift-left practices; implement TDD/BDD
Maintain team CI/CD pipelines and code quality standards
Lead incident management and performance testing initiatives
Represent team confidently in stakeholder discussions
Identify and champion process improvements

What You Bring

Comfortable working with modern IDEs featuring AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
Strong independent coding ability with focus on quality and performance
Experience across multiple systems/architectures
Proficient in code review, breaking down requirements into deliverables
Proven automation and testing expertise (TDD, BDD, performance testing)
Good communication and agile working practices
Risk assessment, impact analysis, and secure development knowledge
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code analysis tools
