We are seeking a highly communicative, collaborative, and curious Senior/Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable API services and backend logic, primarily using Python and Node.js, with strong interaction with data repositories like MongoDB. Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in full stack or backend software development
Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and scripting
Any experience with Node.js, including building and maintaining production-level services
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization
Practical knowledge of containerization using Docker, including developing, testing, and deploying applications in Dockerized environments
Working knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ability to maintain and contribute to frontend codebase when needed)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working in cross-functional teams
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and innovation

Nice to have

Experience working with Databricks or other big data processing tools
Familiarity with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks
Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
Background in agile development environments and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable API services using Python and Node.js
Work with data repositories, especially MongoDB, to serve data effectively through APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features from concept to production
Develop and debug applications running in Docker containers
Maintain and improve frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (VueJS is a plus)
Apply software development best practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
Communicate proactively with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders
Lead by example in code quality, architecture discussions, and team collaboration
