About The Client

UK-based provider of digital survey solutions. Launched in 2010, the company has rapidly grown into one of the leading online survey platforms in the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Do

Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex applications across .NET and front-end stacks
Mentor and guide a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Framework / .NET 8
Build and maintain REST APIs with ASP.NET WebAPI
Drive adoption of modern UI practices while developing front-end features in Angular, React, or jQuery
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server 2019
Ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Bootstrap and modern frameworks
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to align business requirements with technical execution
Support and modernize legacy systems while defining the roadmap for future architecture
Promote engineering excellence, coding standards, and agile best practices within the team

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in software development with .NET technologies
Strong expertise in .NET Framework 4.x and .NET 6/7/8
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and WebAPI
Solid skills in SQL Server and T-SQL for data-driven applications
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Practical experience with Angular and/or React (jQuery is a plus)
Experience with Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks
Strong communication and leadership skills — able to collaborate, coach, and influence technical direction
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance hands-on coding and leadership responsibilities
The need to work with VDI on the project

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Background in Agile/Scrum environments
