What You’ll Do

Implement and maintain high-quality code aligned with best practices and design standards
Contribute to the overall strategy and technology direction of Calypso platform development
Work on distributed application architecture, performance tuning, and system optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI & Derivatives to deliver scalable, reliable systems
Participate in capacity planning, design reviews, and production support activities

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong Java development background (5+ years) with expertise in designing and building distributed applications
Experience in Calypso development, customization, or integration
Solid understanding of capital markets, including trade management and derivative products
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle DB
Familiarity with Linux (RedHat) environments and MQ messaging
JVM tuning and multi-threading experience
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and cross-functional environment
