About the Role
We are looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our creative team and focus on performance-driven digital ads for platforms like Meta and Google.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, move fast, and turn briefs into high-performing creative assets. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to produce short-form video ads that are visually strong, conversion-focused, and optimized for different platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging motion graphics and animated ad creatives using Adobe After Effects
- Edit short-form video ads in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adapt creatives for different formats and placements (16:9, 1:1, 9:16, etc.)
- Produce variations for A/B testing and performance iterations
- Optimize video files for web performance and ad platforms
- Manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines
- Take full ownership from brief to final export
- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all creatives are on-brand and aligned with campaign goals
Requirements
- Strong expertise in After Effects (motion graphics, animated typography, visual effects)
- Solid experience in Premiere Pro (editing, pacing, storytelling)
- Understanding of emerging AI tools for content creation and performance marketing
- Experience using AI tools for video production and creative workflows (e.g. generative video, image enhancement, voiceover, automation)
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats (Meta, Google Display, YouTube)
- Knowledge of basic audio editing (music selection, sound balance, transitions)
- Strong eye for composition, typography, color, and branding
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance marketing environment
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Familiarity with HTML5 ad formatting and export requirements
- Intermediate or higher English level
Nice to Have
- Experience creating high-converting performance creatives
- Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, retention)
- Experience with Figma for reviewing design files
- Basic knowledge of scripting in After Effects
