As a Marketing Designer with a focus on CRM, you will create high-quality, engaging visuals for customer retention campaigns while also supporting the broader design team with UI/UX initiatives. You bring fresh ideas, research best practices from industry leaders, and collaborate closely with both internal teams and client-side product designers to ensure impactful, conversion-driven designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Design: Craft and refine email templates, newsletters, and automated campaign visuals based on feedback and test results.
- Innovation & Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, analyze competitors’ best practices, and propose new ideas for CRM and marketing visuals.
- Marketing & Retention Assets: Design creatives for loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and customer onboarding flows.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal design team and client-side product designers to ensure alignment and consistency.
- UI/UX Support: Assist UI/UX designers with design input and help maintain brand consistency across marketing and product interfaces.
- File Management: Maintain a meticulous approach to organizing files, iterations, and components in Figma for efficient collaboration.
- Effective Communication: Clearly present design ideas, provide rationale for creative choices, and engage in productive discussions with both internal teams and clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in email marketing design, backed by a strong portfolio of marketing materials and customer engagement assets.
- Design Expertise: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with experience creating GIFs and basic animations to enhance visual storytelling.
- CRM Platforms: Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Braze.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Solid understanding of design systems, user flows, and interface consistency.
- File Organization: Detail-oriented approach to managing Figma files and components.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to bring fresh ideas to the table and adapt designs based on industry research and feedback.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate design decisions effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
