Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, strategic, and relationship-driven Influencer Manager (German Speaking) to lead and grow our influencer marketing program. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting creators, managing influencer relationships, executing high-performing campaigns, and driving measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, proactive, and passionate about social media and creator marketing, with experience managing campaigns from outreach through reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop long-term relationships with influencers and content creators across key social media platforms.
• Negotiate partnerships, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns from briefing through content approval and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and influencer metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Prepare campaign reports and present key learnings to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate campaign assets, briefs, approvals, and promotional materials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and talent managers.
• Foster strong, long-term partnerships through professional and timely communication.

Advantageous Skills & Experience

• Native or fluent German (mandatory)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing strategies, and campaign management tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in German and English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
