About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Google Ads Manager to lead paid acquisition across multiple markets. The focus is on scaling user growth profitably while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
This role suits someone with experience in iGaming or high-value lead generation, who can manage campaigns across different regions with varying market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
- Drive efficient acquisition with focus on CPA, LTV, and ROI
- Build and optimise campaigns across multiple regulated markets
- Test creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity
- Work closely with CRM, SEO, Affiliate, and Product teams
- Maintain compliance with Google policies and local regulations
- Analyse competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Report performance insights to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience within iGaming (betting)
- Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Smart Bidding and Performance Max
- Solid analytical skills (GA4, tracking, data interpretation)
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns
- Strong Excel / data analysis skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in South Africa, Sweden, Mexico, the UK markets
- Knowledge of gambling compliance frameworks
- Experience working with BI/data teams
- Understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation
- Apple Search Ads experience
