Influencer Marketing Manager (Crypto Casino)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven KOL/Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in the crypto casino or Web3 iGaming sector. In this role, you will lead the strategy, outreach, and management of influencer partnerships across global markets, helping our client drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and trust in a fast-paced and competitive industry.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on building genuine relationships and delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top-performing KOLs and influencers in the crypto casino and broader Web3 space
• Lead campaign planning and execution, collaborating with influencers and internal creative teams to produce high-impact, brand-aligned content
• Oversee end-to-end coordination of influencer activations: from negotiation, briefing, and asset sharing to performance tracking and reporting
• Track KPIs, engagement, conversions, and ROI across all influencer campaigns; deliver monthly reports with actionable insights
• Ensure that all influencer messaging remains compliant, authentic, and aligned with the brand voice, local regulations, and promotional standards
• Stay up to date with trending voices, communities, and platforms in the Web3, crypto, and gambling ecosystems
• Build scalable processes for influencer onboarding, engagement, and reactivation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, ideally within the crypto casino
• Proven success managing influencer relationships across YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms
• Solid understanding of crypto culture, community dynamics, and affiliate/KOL business models
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a talent for storytelling and brand alignment
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms, UTM tracking, and campaign ROI analysis
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working across global time zones
