We are looking for a Marketing Technology Project Manager based in LATAM to lead software and marketing technology initiatives, working with a high-impact client in the digital marketing and advertising industry.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines technical expertise in the software development lifecycle with proven knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry. You will be the bridge between engineering execution and marketing impact.
Contract: Initial duration of 6 months
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Travel: Must hold a valid visa and have availability to travel to the United States up to 2 times during the contract period

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for marketing technology solutions—from planning through execution and launch.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into technical requirements.
- Coordinate software teams to deliver martech/adtech platforms, loyalty systems, and campaign management tools.
- Define and track project KPIs aligned to both technical delivery and marketing performance.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resources across marketing and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI planning, and stakeholder workshops.
- Build strong partnerships with marketing managers, product owners, and technical leads.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in marketing technology, advertising platforms, or campaign systems.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Ability to work effectively with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Experience delivering projects that integrate marketing tools, APIs, data platforms, or customer engagement systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Shortcut, or Asana.
- Technical understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations.
- Ability to work synchronously in US Eastern Time hours.
- Valid visa and willingness to travel to the U.S. up to 2 times within the 6-month contract.
Nice to Have
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
- Familiarity with advertising ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo).
- Understanding of campaign performance metrics and data-driven marketing strategies.
