Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive lead acquisition and customer engagement across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital and social media platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing targeted, data-driven campaigns to attract new guests, optimize paid and organic channels, and maximize conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PPC, SEO, and paid social, with a proven track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance marketing to support business growth.
The Marketing Manager will drive local store marketing strategies, digital advertising, and event management while ensuring alignment with brand standards and guidelines. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive guest acquisition, and support revenue growth across multiple locations. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with local center and district managers to tailor marketing efforts to individual markets and guest demographics. Additionally, this position will work alongside the European Wax Center corporate marketing team to ensure campaigns are brand-compliant and leverage national marketing initiatives at the local level.

Essential Functions
- Develop and Implement Local Marketing Strategies – Lead the creation and execution of marketing initiatives at the center level to drive new guest acquisition, enhance guest engagement, and increase overall traffic. Align strategies with business goals and market dynamics.
- Oversee Community & Event Marketing – Strategically plan, coordinate, and manage marketing and community events across all EWCG districts to strengthen local brand presence, build partnerships, and drive guest engagement.
- Ensure Marketing Efforts Align with Business Objectives – Evaluate marketing initiatives to support both immediate revenue growth and long-term brand positioning in each region. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, optimize content, and improve lead generation strategies.
- Measure and Optimize Performance – Analyze key performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing program outcomes. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and their impact on business performance.
- Lead Local Store Marketing Training – Develop and deliver marketing training programs for Center Managers to ensure effective execution of local marketing strategies, event promotions, and community engagement efforts.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends & Share Best Practices – Continuously enhance marketing knowledge through research, workshops, and industry events. Share insights, innovative ideas, and successful local marketing tactics with the broader team.
- Support New Center Openings – Manage and execute the marketing strategy for new center launches, ensuring strong brand awareness and successful guest acquisition from day one.
- Uphold Brand Standards & Creative Consistency – Ensure all marketing materials and local campaigns adhere to European Wax Center’s brand standards and creative guidelines while tailoring strategies for specific market needs.
- Develop & Execute B2B Marketing Strategy – Lead the creation and implementation of a B2B marketing approach across the EWCG network to drive strategic partnerships, corporate outreach, and business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-unit retail, franchise operations, or the beauty/wellness industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing ad management.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing local events, sponsorships, and partnerships to boost center awareness.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and creative tools.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and listen. This position works in a remote office environment where associates must be able to remain in a stationary position much of the day.
