The expertise we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in product & data analytics (preferably in iGaming) — retention, LTV, churn.
• Experience with AWS
• Knowledge of API and ETL concepts
• Experience working with large datasets using analytical databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Full proficiency in Python and SQL
• Practical knowledge of statistics and probability theory
• Ability to analyze processes and identify growth opportunities using data
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and hypotheses to stakeholders, supported by data
• Experience in writing concise and clear documentation
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to drive product success
• English proficiency — B2 level or higher

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of AI and Data Science concepts
• Knowledge of fraud detection strategies
• ClickHouse expertise

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing large user, marketing, and sales datasets to uncover business insights
• Calculating key product metrics such as retention, churn, and LTV for the company’s products
• Studying company products and business processes to identify growth opportunities based on data
• Help to improve data infrastructure and speed up BI backend performance
• Building CDM and LDM for new analytics products based on internal client needs
• Supporting the development of internal analytics terminology
• Creating visualizations in Power BI, Excel, and Python
• Assisting in improving data quality, reliability, and governance
