Senior Product Manager – Remote | Florida, US - Space Tech🛰️

As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a highly technical platform and work closely with customers, engineers, and leadership to shape its future direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and prioritisation process.
• Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and emerging requirements.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
• Define new features, capabilities, and enhancements that drive customer value.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer workshops.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion and new market applications.
• Help shape long-term product strategy and commercial growth initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management within a highly technical environment.
• Experience working with software, data, analytics, AI/ML, sensor systems, or mission-critical technologies.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining roadmaps, and driving product execution.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Space, aerospace, defence, or national security sectors.
• Space Domain Awareness, satellite operations, or mission systems.
• RF, radar, communications, SATCOM, or GNSS technologies.
• Data fusion, sensor fusion, modelling, or intelligence platforms.
• Startup, scale-up, or venture-backed technology companies.
• Experience launching new products or taking products from concept to deployment.
