At Evolvery, we're the leading digital marketing agency in the Baltics, helping digital businesses reach their full potential. We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to take our most demanding accounts and decide where they go next.
This is a strategy and ownership role, not a deeper version of the execution job. You'll set direction on the accounts that matter most, be the person the client trusts when there's a hard call to make, and pull in specialists, juniors, and freelancers to deliver against your plan. Technical, content, digital PR, AI-powered search: you decide what an account actually needs and what it can skip.
One thing to know up front: the routine layer here, data pulls, first drafts of briefs, reporting, crawl triage, already runs on AI. At this level you're expected to work that way, catch it when the output is wrong, and shape the workflows the rest of the team uses. The time that frees up goes into strategy, client conversations, and the calls that decide whether an account grows.
Has AI already changed how you plan and prioritize, or is it still something you mean to get around to? When a client's traffic goes flat, can you tell whether it's the site, the market, or the strategy? Do you argue for the work that matters instead of delivering the work that was asked for?
Then let's talk.
What You'll Do
- Own SEO and GEO strategy for our largest and most complex accounts, and defend it to the client
- Decide priorities: what moves revenue, what's noise, and what the client should stop paying for
- Lead delivery across specialists, juniors, freelancers, and other teams (Ads, CRO, developers)
- Work across the full surface: technical SEO, on-page, semantic and entity SEO, content strategy, digital PR, visibility in AI-powered search
- Improve the AI workflows the SEO team runs on, not just use them
- Mentor specialists and raise the standard of what we ship
- Bring your judgment into scoping conversations when new accounts come in
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with paying clients, agency or client-side
- A track record of owning accounts end to end and being accountable for the results
- Strong across technical SEO, content strategy, semantic and entity SEO, and link building & digital PR
- AI already part of how you work daily, not something you plan to try
- Experience with, or informed opinions about, GEO and visibility in AI-powered search
- Confident with the standard stack: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio or similar
- Able to connect SEO to business outcomes and hold your position in a room with a client
- Comfortable directing others and giving direct feedback
Nice to Have
- Automation skills (n8n, Make, Python, or API-level work)
- Deep technical SEO: migrations, JS rendering, log files, large-site crawl budget
- Large ecommerce, multi-market, or international account experience
- Experience mentoring or leading a small team
What We Offer
- Work with leading domestic and international companies
- Access to premium AI, automation, and SEO tools with freedom to experiment and shape how AI fits into our processes
- Real influence over how the SEO team works, not only what it delivers
- Flexible work options (time and location)
- A team that actually adopts better ways of working and is eager to learn
- Training, development timeline, and certification support
- Ambitious and friendly colleagues, team events, and celebrations
This role can grow with us. The trajectory is setting the direction and standards for the whole SEO team.
Salary: Starting at €4000 gross/month (full-time, 0.75 arrangement possible), plus a yearly bonus from company profits. Depending on experience and qualifications.
Not quite at 4 years, but already running accounts like someone who is? Apply and tell us what you own. Years are negotiable; AI already being part of how you work is not. If you're closer to mid-level, we're hiring an SEO Specialist separately, with salary discussed there.
