Our Client is an indie game studio with over a million players is seeking a Marketing & Community Manager to join their core team and expand our reach and grow a passionate player community. We create playful, relaxing games designed to bring joy, and with exciting new projects ahead, we’re looking for a marketing leader to help shape our brand and engagement strategy.
Your Role
As the first marketing hire, you will define how players discover and engage with our games. Your work will span social media management, content creation, influencer outreach, and community building—bringing our vision to life and uniting gamers around our studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Management – Lead and grow our presence across Discord, Reddit, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and Steam, fostering genuine player interactions.
- Content Creation and Engagement Flywheel – Craft compelling developer blogs, YouTube vlogs, Reddit discussions, and TikTok shorts to engage players.
- Influencer & UGC Strategy – Execute influencer marketing campaigns and develop user-generated content programs to drive organic reach.
- Marketing Campaigns – Experiment with innovative marketing strategies to promote our games, even on a lean budget.
- Website & Brand Management – Maintain and evolve our website as a central hub for community engagement and studio updates.

- Bonus: Experience with video editing, web design, or early access game marketing.
Budget for the role : SGD 110,000 / year (with some flexibility)
