The Opportunity:

An incredible opportunity has opened up for a passionate and driven Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll lead strategies for top DTC brands in beauty, fashion, homewares, and health & wellness, both in Australia and globally. Your focus will be on building automation systems, designing campaigns, and driving retention, customer lifetime value, and revenue, all while working in a collaborative, supportive team culture.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of innovative email and SMS marketing strategies.
Collaborate with a talented team of designers, copywriters, and digital producers to bring your vision to life while focusing on high-level strategy.
Manage campaign planning schedules, create visual roadmaps in Lucid Charts, and deliver compelling client presentations to align on strategy and goals.
Conduct data-driven performance analysis, identifying actionable insights to optimise campaigns and automation flows.
Oversee the implementation of advanced CRM tools, including Klaviyo and leverage platforms like Shopify, Yotpo, DotDigital, Okendo, and Recharge.
Stay ahead of industry trends and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure campaigns adhere to best practices.

Your Experience

Have 4+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts (5+ accounts at a time) and deliver strong results.
Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo, Shopify, and tools like Yotpo, Okendo, and Recharge.
Strong skills in tools like Lucid Charts, Miro, or Google Sheets for planning and reporting.
Are highly organised with exceptional time management and project planning skills.
Thrive in client-facing roles, confidently presenting strategies and leading discussions to align on objectives.
Are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable finding solutions independently, while valuing collaboration with a supportive team.
Have a strong grasp of key retention metrics like CAC, LTV, and repurchase rates, using them to guide data-driven strategies.
Are eager to grow professionally with access to mentorship, industry-leading training, and opportunities to shape the future of retention marketing.
