About the Job:
We are a fast-growing Lingerie eCommerce brand looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Our digital presence is key to our success, and we’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer to elevate our brand through engaging visuals, compelling ads, and premium digital content. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, with required working hours overlapping with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity across multiple digital and print channels.
You will be responsible for:
Digital & eCommerce Design:
● Creating high-converting ads for paid social and paid search campaigns.
● Designing email newsletters and promotional assets.
● Developing website banners, landing pages, and UI/UX elements to optimize the online shopping experience.
● Editing and optimizing product images for web and marketplaces.
Brand & Print Collateral:
● Designing product catalogs, brochures, and sales materials.
● Creating brand elements, logos, typography, and packaging designs.
● Maintaining brand consistency across all design projects.
Multimedia & Video Editing:
● Editing short-form videos for ads, social media, and product showcases.
● Creating engaging motion graphics and animations.
Collaboration & Strategy:
● Working closely with the colleagues to execute campaigns.
● Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Staying updated on design trends, competitor strategies, and eCommerce best practices.
Requirements :
● 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
● Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, ad creatives, and video editing.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.)
● Experience designing for paid social ads, email marketing, and web UX/UI.
● Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing principles and conversion-driven design.
● Experience with motion graphics and short-form video editing.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global remote team.
● Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
● Comfortable working EST hours (at least 4-6 hours overlap) with a few periods during the year when the hours must coincide with EST hours.
