UX Designer

About The Role

The role drives the user-centered design strategy for complex, data-heavy digital products, translating intricate user workflows into elegant and highly intuitive interface designs.

Working closely with product management and engineering teams, this role is critical to bridging user research insights with production-ready design specifications, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and intentional.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes using Figma and adjacent design tools
• Establish, scale, and maintain a robust design system in collaboration with frontend engineering to ensure visual and functional consistency across web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather actionable qualitative and quantitative insights, feeding directly back into design iterations
• Present design concepts, research findings, and strategic UX recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, defending design decisions with data and UX principles
• Partner with engineering teams during the implementation phase to conduct design QA and ensure the final product matches design specifications exactly

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role working on complex web or mobile software applications
• A strong portfolio of shipped work demonstrating a rigorous user-centered design process, clear visual hierarchy, and complex interaction models
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design system management
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies, design systems, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting designs to cross-functional product and engineering partners
• Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, motion design, or working in agile B2B SaaS product environments
