UX Designer

About The Role

The role owns the end-to-end design process for core product experiences, transforming complex technical constraints into intuitive, human-centered interfaces used by millions.

The design team collaborates closely with product managers and software engineers to shape how products look, feel, and function, championing user research and rigorous prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user pain points and validate design hypotheses
• Create wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and design systems
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure design integrity, accessibility standards (WCAG), and smooth implementation
• Design and maintain a scalable component-based design system to accelerate product development cycles
• Present design concepts, research findings, and strategic decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
• Analyze post-launch product metrics and user feedback to iterate on existing features and identify new opportunities

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of product design experience focused on digital web and mobile applications
• Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI execution
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design principles, and information architecture
• Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research studies
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience designing data-dense dashboards, working with complex SaaS workflows, or basic frontend coding skills in HTML/CSS/React
