Software Engineer - Full Stack

About The Role

The role focuses on building and scaling user-facing products and robust backend services that power core customer workflows. Engineers on this team work across the full stack, bridging the gap between high-performance database queries and intuitive, responsive user interfaces.

This position offers the opportunity to drive architectural decisions and feature development from inception to deployment. The team prioritizes clean code, automated testing, and scalable system design to support rapid user growth and high system availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure APIs and microservices using Node.js, Go, or Python
• Build responsive, modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries
• Optimize database performance and design schemas for both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) datastores
• Implement automated testing suites, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate product requirements into high-quality technical specifications and deliverables
• Deploy and maintain services using modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP

What We Are Looking For

• 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Java
• Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React, and related build tools
• Solid understanding of relational database design, query optimization, and caching strategies
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of collaborating effectively across multi-functional product teams
• Bonus: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GraphQL, or mobile development frameworks like React Native
