Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.
In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation.

About The Role
As a Data Science and Machine Learning (ML) Product Manager, you will lead the evolution, implementation, and customer success of Evio Compass.
Evio Compass is an analytic product that identifies patients who need timely attention due to clinical or financial risk to themselves or our health plan and/or health system clients. The product blends together patient, plan, provider data with clinical intelligence and data science to identify risks. These risks are stratified and prioritized for plan attention after validation by Evio clinicians to confirm actionability.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data science, product, and customer partnership. You’ll guide the development of new data science, machine learning, and AI-driven algorithms, while continuously enhancing existing product features to deliver measurable value. You will develop a deep understanding of the problems our customers are trying to solve and serve as the voice of the customer for internal cross-functional teams to ensure the product is delivering meaningful outcomes and value for customers.
In addition, you will play a key role in advancing Evio’s ML/AI strategy, helping to shape the future direction of Evio products and their value for customers.

5+ years’ experience in hands-on data science, machine learning, AI based product development
5+ years’ experience working with teams within health plans, health systems, or similar (e.g. pharmacy management, population health, HEOR, finance, UW/Actuarial functions, risk management, or product) to:
Identify problem areas that can be solved with data and analytics
Drive analytics adoption
Evolve analytics products based on performance and measure business results
5+ years’ experience working at health plan, PBM, health system, pharmacy, and/or digital health organization
3+ years’ experience leading analytic product development, implementation, or client transformation efforts
2+ years’ experience within pharmacy and /or medical drug benefit management with a strong grasp of economics
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with digital health product landscape within health plan, pharma, PBM landscape
Prior start-up experience is a plus
How You Work
Salary Considerations: Anticipated annual base pay range: $170K - $200K with variable compensation based on performance.
