Fully Remote Virtual Assistant - Performance Marketing

ETG is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with a focus on Performance Marketing to support our marketing team in executing campaigns and driving marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, and paid social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Nice to have: experience in programmatic marketing buys
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely communication with team members
• Prepare reports and presentations to summarize campaign performance and findings

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing position, preferably in performance marketing
• Proficient in using project management software and collaboration tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
