Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target/growth.
- Formulate sales targets for the assigned product group and assist Product Managers in setting tie-up pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Provide direction/input to Product Managers in defining product strategy, core positioning, and ensure successful execution of various marketing activities such as trade shows/conventions, meetings, and product launches.
- Monitor regular work with results of Product Managers and ensure achievement of marketing goals.
- Support the Product Managers to ensure the availability of marketing materials, deliver appropriate product training to new Territory Managers, and provide product updates.
- Spearhead Product Managers in ensuring stock availability, minimize expiration of reagents, and inventory turnover targets are met by closely coordinating with the Supply Chain Department.
- Coordinate with the principals with regards to sales, marketing and other product related concerns.
- Lead the Sales team in planning for the annual sales target of Point-of-Care group.
- Organize monthly meetings for sales review, marketing updates and other concerns and ensure achievement of collection targets and objectives.
- Direct the sales team on execution and implementation of sales and marketing plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, medical or a related field, with master’s degree and professional license is an advantage.
- With at least 2-3 years’ sales or marketing experience in IN-VITRO (IVD) industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, analytics, project management and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
