Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Field Marketing and Channel Enablement to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our lead generation efforts through strategic event sponsorships and sales enablement for our consulting/broker channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, event planning, and sales processes, with a proven track record of working with C-level executives and managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Sponsorship and Planning:
• Identify and recommend vertical-specific events for company sponsorship.
• Forecast lead generation and ROI for each event.
• Measure the success of events in terms of lead generation and ROI.
• Plan all aspects of the event, including logistics, branded materials, speaker participation, and training for participants.
• Create and present PowerPoint recommendations with rationale for event selection to achieve lead generation goals.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to support and ensure the success of events.
• Work with and negotiate contracts with event companies.
Hosted Dinner Events:
• Recommend, prepare, and plan hosted dinner events at high-end restaurants.
• Arrange for 6-12 executives and clients to participate, enhancing their understanding of our company value proposition and generating new leads/opportunities.
Sales Enablement for Consulting/Broker Channel:
• Interface with key leaders at consulting firms.
• Manage the flow of leads from each consultant.
• Track leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Measure the success of each consultant in generating leads that progress through the pipeline and result in wins.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, planning, and leading corporate events and sponsorships.
• 2-5 years of CX BPO experience
• Demonstrated experience working with C-level executives on hosted dinners and other corporate events.
• Proven experience negotiating with event companies for sponsorships.
• Experience providing sales enablement to salespeople and third-party channel management.
• Extensive B2B marketing and sales experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (20%) to support events.
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000. to $95,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
