As our Product Designer at EverWell, you’ll lead end-to-end design across Timely / SalonBiz desktop and mobile products, creating intuitive, user-centred experiences that deliver real customer impact. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you’ll solve complex problems, shape product direction, and drive high-quality design outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on designer who thrives in ambiguity, advocates for great UX, and enjoys mentoring others while contributing to a strong collaborative design culture.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality product design for complex products in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Use insight-led approaches to solve meaningful user problems and improve user outcomes.
• Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams.
• Plan and conduct validation activities, including user testing, to inform iteration and design decisions.
• Define and measure UX success metrics aligned to product and business goals.
• Drive strong stakeholder alignment through clear communication, collaboration, and sharing insights and work in progress.
• Contribute to team culture, rituals, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio of user-centred work.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design solutions, from problem definition and research through to testing, delivery, and measurement.
• Experience across a range of UX practices including journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, analytics, and design systems.
• Strong visual design skills with experience designing responsive web and iOS experiences.
• Curious and insight-driven, with experience contributing to discovery research and understanding user needs.
• Comfortable solving complex problems, iterating based on feedback, and working collaboratively in fast-paced agile teams.
• Strong communication skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a growth mindset with a collaborative approach.
