As a Senior/Lead Web Analytics Engineer, you'll drive data-informed decisions that impact millions of users and major Fortune 500 brands.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Lead with Insight:

Craft and drive analytics strategies to enhance user journeys, optimize marketing ROI, and boost product performance.

Analyze & Optimize:

Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or ContentSquare to track user behavior, CTR, conversion funnels, and segmentation.

Experiment & Iterate:

Design and implement A/B tests, uncover UX gaps, and recommend data-backed solutions that move key performance indicators.

Visualize & Communicate:

Develop compelling dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI and deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align analytics with overarching business goals.

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years in web/marketing analytics with hands-on expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent tools.
• Strong command of SQL (preferably BigQuery) and behavioral analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Proven experience building dashboards and optimizing user funnels.
• Strategic thinking paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
