Ever Lasting is a premium home décor and bedding brand built on intentional design, small batch production, and visual storytelling. Our brand is visually driven and performance focused, operating in a fast paced remote environment.
We are currently strengthening our marketing structure and looking for a high ownership Marketing & Creative Assistant to execute and coordinate campaigns across channels.
This is not an entry level assistant role. This is a hands on execution role with real responsibility across marketing, creative, and campaign coordination.
Role Overview
You will work closely with leadership direction to execute marketing campaigns from concept through launch and post campaign analysis.
You are responsible for ensuring campaigns are visually aligned, structurally organized, and launched on time. You will coordinate across Email, Paid Ads, Social, and Product teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
This role requires independence, accountability, and structured follow through.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
• Assist in developing campaign calendars aligned with brand direction
• Execute weekly marketing campaigns across Email and Website
• Coordinate launch timelines across Paid Ads, Social, and Email
• Ensure all campaign assets, copy, and visuals are prepared before launch
• Flag delays, gaps, or inconsistencies early
2. Email Marketing Execution
• Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo
• Maintain and optimize key flows including abandoned cart, post purchase, win back, and re engagement
• Structure campaigns to reflect bundle positioning and AOV strategy
• Test subject lines, segmentation, and product placement
• Monitor performance metrics including revenue contribution and engagement
3. Graphic Design & Creative Production
• Design email headers, promotional banners, and social graphics
• Adapt and resize assets for multiple platforms
• Maintain premium visual hierarchy and brand consistency
• Review AI generated product visuals before use
• Organize and maintain structured creative folders
4. Cross Channel Coordination
• Align creative direction with Paid Ads and Social teams
• Support bundle positioning and campaign messaging consistency
• Ensure product selection aligns with marketing objectives
• Assist with website banner updates and promotional landing visuals
5. Reporting & Optimization
• Deliver weekly structured performance updates
• Highlight AOV trends, engagement metrics, and revenue impact
• Suggest optimization opportunities
• Maintain basic reporting dashboards
Ideal Candidate
• 2 to 4 years experience in ecommerce marketing or creative roles
• Strong Canva or Figma skills
• Experience with Klaviyo
• Familiar with Shopify
• Able to manage multiple campaign deadlines
• Structured, detail oriented, and deadline driven
• Comfortable in a startup style remote environment
• Proactive communicator who does not wait to be chased
Bonus Experience
• Experience with Pinterest or Meta creative coordination
• Experience in home decor, lifestyle, or fashion brands
• Experience supporting AOV focused campaigns
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 days:
You understand brand tone, campaign cadence, and workflow structure.
Within 60 days:
Campaigns launch smoothly with minimal revisions or oversight.
Within 90 days:
Email revenue contribution is stable or improving.
Creative quality feels consistent and elevated.
Leadership is not required to micromanage campaign execution.
