About Us

Events in Minutes is an innovative event planning marketplace revolutionizing how corporate and life events are organized. We’re on a mission to make planning and hosting events effortless, reliable, and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric features and experiences.
Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity designs.
Maintain and expand our design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs iteratively.
Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces tailored to the needs of our diverse user base, including event hosts and vendors.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and advocate for best practices in UI/UX.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Expert proficiency in Figma, including experience with design systems, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a knack for creating intuitive user flows.
Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms (responsive design is a must).
Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in the event planning or marketplace industry.
Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS familiarity is a bonus).
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices.
