Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven UX/UI Designer with strong CRO knowledge to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll craft intuitive, high-converting user experiences across our digital platform—making every interaction seamless, enjoyable, and optimised for results. You’ll collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to turn behavioural insights into functional, beautiful designs that directly impact growth.

Your Mission:

• Design user-centric interfaces that reflect data-driven decisions.
• Conduct UX research through heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys (Hotjar, GA).
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversions.
• Translate user behaviour insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation accuracy.
• Identify conversion barriers and design effective UX solutions.
• Perform regular UX audits to uncover opportunities for optimisation.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI and CRO trends.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 3+ years in UX/UI design with proven CRO involvement.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• CRO & Analytics: Knowledge of web analytics (GA4), A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely).
• UX Research: Familiarity with usability testing and behavioural analysis.
• Visual & Functional Thinking: Balance design aesthetics with conversion logic.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills across tech and non-tech teams.
• Technical Understanding: Awareness of HTML, CSS, and responsive design (no need to code).
• Language: Advanced English (spoken and written).
