THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our strategic marketing initiatives across both brands. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive B2B sales, expand our client base, and position us at the forefront of the industry. You’ll manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, and training new members. You’ll also collaborate closely with leadership to ensure measurable growth and market impact.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for both Eventex Awards and Symbol Awards, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and development of marketing team members.
- Create and optimize B2B marketing campaigns (brand awareness, PPC, SEO, Marketing Automation, etc.) to drive sales and expand the client base.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
- Monitor marketing performance, track key KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies for the best results.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to ensure a unified brand message and strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with Hubspot, Airtable, Slack, Clickup, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Background in events or awards is a plus but not required.
- A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
