Job Description: Program Manager, EV Charging Infrastructure (Forecasting & Controls)
Location: Remote (Northern California-based candidates ONLY; occasional travel to HQ in Arcadia, CA)
Position Summary
EVCS is seeking a Program Manager with deep expertise in project controls, budget forecasting, and cost management to lead EV charging infrastructure projects across Northern California. This role is critical to ensuring our state-funded and private projects stay on track - financially, operationally, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in Excel, understands construction workflows, and can translate complex project data into actionable insights. If you know how to keep budgets tight, timelines realistic, and documentation airtight, we want to hear from you.
