  • Track and report progress using project management software
  • Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready

Communication & Leadership

  • Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and vendor reviews
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions to keep projects moving
  • Recommend procurement sequences and coordinate timely delivery of services
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and process updates
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned at company’s discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–7 years in project/program management within construction or energy
  • Knowledge of construction, project and program management best practices, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Strong command of Excel and project budgeting tools
  • Familiarity with state-funded infrastructure and compliance documentation
  • PMP or CAPM certification (completed or in progress)
