Role: Senior Web Developer / Brand Admin

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Web Developer / Brand Admin to manage, maintain, and enhance our web platforms and brand-related digital assets. The ideal candidate should have strong web development skills along with an understanding of website administration, performance optimization, content management, and digital brand consistency.

The candidate will work closely with design, marketing, product, and business teams to ensure our websites and digital presence remain functional, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.
  • Manage website content, pages, media, plugins, integrations, and other brand assets.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, SEO, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website, hosting, integration, and technical issues.
  • Implement new website features and functionality based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms.
  • Manage website updates, backups, security, domains, hosting, and deployments.
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Work with APIs and third-party integrations where required.
  • Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Use analytics and performance data to identify areas for website and brand optimization.
  • Support landing pages, campaign pages, forms, and other marketing-related web requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions within timelines.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in web development and website administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web development.
  • Experience with modern web development frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of databases and basic SQL.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
  • Understanding of website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and deployment processes.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and website performance optimization.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

AI Tools – Required / Preferred

The candidate should be comfortable using modern AI tools to improve development productivity, content creation, troubleshooting, and website optimization.

Experience with tools such as:

  • GitHub Copilot – AI-assisted coding and code completion.
  • ChatGPT – debugging, code assistance, documentation, content and technical research.
  • Claude – code analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Cursor – AI-powered development and codebase assistance.
  • Gemini – research, coding assistance, and content generation.
  • Figma AI – assisting with UI/UX design and design workflows.
  • Canva AI – creating and adapting brand/digital marketing assets.
  • Adobe Firefly – AI-assisted creative and brand asset generation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing multiple websites or digital brands.
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Understanding of website security and performance monitoring.
  • Experience working with AI-powered development and productivity tools.
