What You Will Do
- Own the end to end performance of our Shopify store and ensure a high converting branded customer journey
- Lead CRO programs including A/B testing, UX improvements, funnel analysis, and landing page experiments
- Oversee email and SMS strategy covering segmentation, automations, lifecycle flows, and performance reporting
- Develop and execute D2C brand strategy across key digital channels to grow acquisition and retention
- Partner closely with creative, paid media, and product teams to align brand messaging and campaign execution
- Translate analytics into clear insights and actionable growth recommendations
- Manage product launches, merchandising, promotions, and ongoing content updates on Shopify
- Stay up to date with Shopify best practices, apps, CRO tools, and evolving consumer trends
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- 2+ years of experience in D2C ecommerce, growth, CRO, or digital brand management
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in both Amazon and Shopify account management is a must
- Advanced hands on experience with Shopify including themes, apps, customization, and store optimization
- Proven CRO track record across landing pages, funnels, experimentation, and UX optimization
- Experience with major email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing tactics across the customer lifecycle
- Data driven decision maker comfortable improving KPIs and managing performance dashboards
- Skilled collaborator with the ability to manage timelines and cross functional teams in a fast moving environment.
