A fintech-based company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Content-Focused) to join the team.
This role is primarily focused on writing high-converting Arabic marketing content, along with managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce environments (platforms or apps) and a strong understanding of customer behavior and conversion-driven marketing.
This is a remote (offshore) role.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality Arabic marketing content (ads, campaigns, landing pages, social media)
- Create content that drives engagement and conversions
- Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and data
- Analyze results and improve messaging and targeting
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong experience in copywriting and content creation (Arabic & ِEnglish)
- Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns
- Experience in e-commerce (platforms or mobile applications)
- Experience in financial services or automotive industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, funnels, and conversion-focused content
- Arabic nationality is required
- Very good in English
