We are seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and implementation of a new Workday enterprise resource planning solution. This high-impact role will play a critical part in shaping scalable systems and workflows that support long-term business growth and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced project manager with deep expertise in ERP lifecycles, business process transformation, and stakeholder engagement—capable of balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Architect and lead the ERP implementation from discovery through post-implementation support, following a phased rollout strategy.
- Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets covering all phases: discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and training.
- Apply formal risk management methodologies and embed them into communication and reporting processes.
- Gather and document comprehensive functional, technical, and configuration requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments, system inventories, and report on barriers and recommendations for resolution.
- Oversee all testing phases including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure development of complete technical documentation, including configuration specifications, process guides, impact assessments, and policy materials.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and the Executive Steering Committee.
Process Development
- Identify and document current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") business processes using standard modeling techniques (e.g., swim-lane diagrams, activity diagrams, workflows).
- Lead the development of standardized policies, procedures, and IT/ERP best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and establish methodologies for system testing and issue resolution.
Collaboration & Change Management
- Support ERP vendor evaluation and selection process.
- Collaborate closely with ERP implementation partners to ensure successful planning, testing, and rollout.
- Coordinate internal and external discovery sessions and present findings and recommendations.
- Partner with Change Management stakeholders to develop rollout strategies and training programs.
- Assist in the creation of functional training content and end-user support tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience collaborating with finance teams and accounting systems.
- Enterprise level experience implementing Professional Service Automation and Adaptive Planning.
- Proven success leading full-cycle ERP implementations using structured methodologies.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems including application layers, infrastructure, integration tools, and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of: Workday ERP HCM / HRIS and Finance Applications (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Revenue Management)

- Project Management Modules (Project Accounting, Costing, Billing)
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Experience with SOC 2 security controls or related cybersecurity frameworks.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- PMP certification preferred.
