Job Summary
This isn’t a “write a few blog posts and call it a day” gig. We’re looking for a strategic storyteller who can turn insights into content that drives pipeline, thought leadership, and brand authority. You’ll own the full content engine, alongside the Head of Marketing, from shaping editorial strategy, to producing and intentionally repurposing assets with our Creative Marketing Manager, to distributing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, website, events, and beyond- even paid, with our Growth Marketing Coordinator). You’ll be “on the frontlines” as community manager for the brand on corporate channels, our founder-led channels, as well as active in the recesses of “dark social.” The right Content Marketing Strategist will feel as much a mouthpiece of the brand as leadership.
You’ll collaborate with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts across the org to create content that cuts through the noise in B2B, sparks conversations in the CX community, and positions Ethos Support as the challenger brand in the BPO world.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats (articles, reports, case studies, thought leadership, social, video scripts, etc.)
- Drive strategy: Align content with business goals—pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
- Repurpose like a pro: Turn one big idea (or longer form blog post) into a dozen pieces of content across channels, all with specific purposes. We call this the “content ecosystem” or “content flywheel” approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
- Measure & optimize: Track performance (traffic, engagement, leads, pipeline influence) and continuously refine what works.
- Make the industry we serve a passion point: Keep a pulse on CX, EX, and BPO industry trends to fuel timely, relevant commentary.
- Stay plugged into what’s next: emerging channels, shifting algorithms, new B2B trends—and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in copywriting, content strategy or social media)
- 4-6 years of experience—primarily in B2B content marketing
- Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
- Killer writing and editing skills—able to switch between sharp thought leadership, friendly social copy, and client case studies
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics
- A data-driven mindset: you love to experiment, measure, and optimize
- Comfortability interviewing executives, clients, and SMEs to distill complex ideas into engaging stories
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, a strong understanding of SEO + LinkedIn distribution, and a basic understanding of marketing automation in HubSpot and SEMrush (or tools similar)
- Strong project management chops—you can juggle deadlines without dropping balls
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing for lead generation
- Design skills or comfort with creative tools for campaign creative direction (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
