Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage A/B tests (subject lines, creative variations, send times, etc.).
• Use ChatGPT to assist with first-draft copy, creative ideas, and iterative testing.
• Help schedule and manage test offers, seasonal promotions, discount periods, and retention campaigns.
• Set up and manage discount codes, caps, and limits in Shopify.
• Track and analyze performance of offers and loyalty initiatives.
• Assist in refining landing page designs using heatmap and behavioral data.
• Use Meta Business Suite to analyze ad performance, copy, and creative variations.
• Collaborate on creative iterations and report on winning trends.
• Use Northbeam and other analytics tools to evaluate campaign attribution, ROAS, and retention metrics.
• Compile regular reports on campaign performance, tests, offers, and creative insights.
• Maintain the marketing calendar across all channels.
• Support coordination between design, marketing, and operations teams to meet deadlines.
• Monitor, report, and track key marketing KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Run tests on Popup to optimize Opt-In rates and conversion.
• Develop and execute New Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategies

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and retention campaigns.

• Familiarity with email, SMS, and paid media platforms (Postscript, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite).

• Comfort with analytics tools (Northbeam, TripleWhale, GA4, heatmaps).

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and data-driven.

• Strong communication and copywriting skills.

• Worked in an Ecommerce brand for at least 3 years.
