Role & Responsibilities
Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI & Generate organic traffic to all social media platforms
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, content writing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.
Strong research skills with excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms
Working knowledge/familiarity with social listening tools
Provide daily, weekly and quarterly reports to the senior management
Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
Collaborating with the team to ensure that posts are engaging.
Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with the short and long-term goals of the brand
Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.
Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.
Requirements
1 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.
Location with the Vadodara with work from the office.
Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
Good understanding of social media ads.
Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools.
Diploma/Any Graduate or relevant Course in marketing, media, or related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic customer service skills & good time management skills.
