We are Eterative, a software development studio building digital products for international clients using React, Material UI, and the latest Microsoft technology stack. We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who wants to do more than push pixels, someone who'll own the user experience end-to-end, from wireframe to production-ready component, on a data-dense B2B platform.
About the Role
You'll be embedded in the development team, driving the user experience for a data-dense B2B platform used for asset and document management. You won't just hand off designs and move on; you'll design clear, efficient interfaces for complex grids, configuration screens, and reporting tools, then help bring them to life.
We move fast here. You'll prototype quickly, get feedback early, refine as you go. You'll also own the UX backlog and keep our Design System consistent and up to date.
What You'll Do
• Turn product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and frontend solutions — using Figma, React, Material UI, and AI-assisted tools like Claude Code — and ship the components you design as part of normal sprint work
• Own and prioritize the UX backlog, balancing new improvements with existing UX debt
• Design data-dense enterprise interfaces, including grids, configuration surfaces,
workflow builders, and report configuration
• Build and maintain reusable UI patterns, components, design tokens, layouts, and standards in
• the Design System
• Review the platform from an end-user perspective and identify usability issues, inefficient workflows, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Join sprint ceremonies, refinements, and design workshops and product discussions as an active voice in the room
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, sales, and customers
• Advise the team on usability, accessibility, and long-term UX quality
• Contribute to frontend standardization, modern SaaS usability practices, and the
effective use of AI-assisted tools for design, prototyping, and development.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Required
• Experience designing user experiences for SaaS platforms or modern web applications
• Ability to prototype and contribute frontend code in React and Material UI
• Strong experience with Figma, Design Systems, and component-based design
• Ability to prototype and iterate quickly at the appropriate level of detail
• Familiarity with Agile development and sprint-based delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
• A bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or practical experience
• Broader frontend development experience, including TypeScript, component testing, and frontend tooling
• Experience with data-dense enterprise or B2B applications, such as asset management, document management, or engineering systems
• Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and modern UX practices
What We Offer
• Work in a variety of projects using different technologies
• Work with industry professionals who are willing to share their knowledge and experience
• Flexible working hours
• Hybrid working model
• Annual salary review
• Private healthcare service
• Multisport card
• Monthly budget to hang out and do fun stuff
• Marriage and childbirth bonus
• Free parking
