AI-Augmented Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI-Augmented Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program management, AI-enabled delivery, automation, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and business objectives are achieved.
• Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and delivery strategies.
• Leverage AI and automation tools for planning, forecasting, reporting, risk identification, and decision support.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, financial controls, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and change management.
• Engage senior stakeholders and lead executive governance meetings.
• Drive production readiness, deployment, operational transition, user adoption, and business value realization.
• Validate AI-generated insights and ensure responsible and secure use of AI-enabled tools.

Required Qualifications

• 15–17 years of professional experience in program management, enterprise delivery, or transformation leadership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery, intelligent automation, copilots, or agent-supported workflows.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, risk and dependency management, financial control, and benefits realization.
• Experience driving initiatives from development through production deployment and adoption.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of business transformation and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI or automation transformation initiatives.
• Program management or Agile certifications.
• Experience working with global teams and senior stakeholders.
