Affiliate & Content Marketing Specialist

Pay rate: £46.33/hour inside of IR35

Client: an American publicly traded company that operates a cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Work model: remote from UK

We are searching for a contractor with at least 5 years’ experience and a deep expertise in UK affiliate and content marketing for the fintech/crypto vertical. You’ll be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and growth in the UK market by leading high-impact affiliate programs, CRM strategies and running data-driven A/B content marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Marketing: Build and optimize UK-specific affiliate programs. Manage relationships with key affiliate partners/networks.

• Content Marketing: Develop, test, and refine digital content through A/B strategies focused on UK crypto/fintech audiences.

• Lifecycle Campaigns (CRM, Push, Web, In-App: Launch and personalize content for customer engagement, retention, and activation.

• Web and App Store Optimisation: Conduct A/B testing to optimise installs and improve traffic conversion.

• Support Product GTM: Collaborate with the product team on product launch initiatives to existing and potential new customers.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK crypto marketing regulations (FinProm) by coordinating content approvals with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years or marketing experience in UK fintech or crypto industries.
• Expertise in Affiliate and CRM channels.
• Proven experience with A/B content strategy and testing, delivering tangible business results.
• Advanced knowledge of UK crypto compliance (FinProm, FCA) and owned channel best practices.
• Experience running multiple concurrent projects and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; able to work quickly, pivot, and communicate at all levels.
• Track record of high-impact campaign launches and measurable growth in the UK market.
