Package:
- Salary: EGP 15,000 - 20,000 (Net), depending on experience.
- Vacation: 30 paid calendar days annually.

Scope of Work
1. Social Media and Digital Content Design:
- Create visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Design platform-specific assets, including reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Canva, Captions.ai) to enhance workflow efficiency.
2. Branding and Print Media:
- Develop professional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
- Lead all branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with Estaie’s futuristic, minimalistic design vision.
3. Web and Search Engine Designs:
- Design engaging web banners, landing pages, and search engine creatives (e.g., Google Ads).
- Collaborate with the tech team on UI/UX elements to enhance platform performance.
4. Presentations and Infographics:
- Create professional presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design data-driven infographics to communicate complex information effectively.
5. Localization and Cultural Adaptation:
- Adapt designs for the Middle Eastern market, incorporating cultural and linguistic nuances.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic and digital design roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex design projects and delivering high-quality outputs independently.
- Portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, social media campaigns, and multimedia designs.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Canva, CapCut, and Captions.ai for social media and video editing.
- Proficiency in: Presentation tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Desirable Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for design-tech collaborations.
Creative and Soft Skills:
- Advanced typography, layout design, and color theory expertise.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt designs to different cultural contexts.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
