We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing with deep expertise in Cardiac MRI to lead both upstream and downstream marketing efforts. This person will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and market success of innovative solutions in the cardiac imaging space.
You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and R&D, leading go-to-market execution, and acting as the voice of the customer across the organization. This is a highly strategic and hands-on position that will influence how our products are developed, delivered, and positioned in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities
Upstream Product Marketing and Strategy
- Define and own the Cardiac MRI product roadmap, from concept through commercialization
- Partner with engineering and R&D to translate customer and market insights into product requirements and priorities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Engage with clinicians, KOLs, and partners to gather insights that guide future product development
- Serve as the voice of the customer in product strategy discussions
Downstream Product Marketing and Go-To-Market
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Cardiac MRI products
- Lead the creation of product positioning, messaging, and launch materials
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for commercial and clinical teams
- Support the commercial team in defining pricing, channels, and promotional strategies that drive adoption
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across the imaging ecosystem
Cross-Functional and Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define and deliver the long-term product vision
- Help build scalable marketing processes suited to a growing organization
- Represent the company externally at key conferences, customer meetings, and industry events
- Act as a mentor and cross-functional leader, with the potential to grow a small team in the future
Experience and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within Cardiac MRI or advanced medical imaging
- Proven experience defining and delivering Cardiac MRI products and solutions
- Strong understanding of the clinical and technical aspects of cardiac imaging workflows
- Demonstrated success leading go-to-market planning and execution for complex medical technologies
- Experience in a global imaging vendor such as GE, Siemens, Philips, United Imaging, Circle Cardiovascular Imaging, or Subtle Medical
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical science, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
