Job Title: Steel Product Marketing Manager

Location: PAN India

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Steel Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the steel industry, market trends, and customer needs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to develop and execute marketing strategies for steel products, ensuring they align with the company's business goals and drive growth in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends in the steel sector.
Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements in existing products.

2) Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the promotion of steel products across various industries (construction, automotive, manufacturing, etc.).
Define target markets and customer segments, and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach these audiences.

3) Product Positioning & Messaging:

Work with product development teams to understand the unique selling points (USPs) of each steel product and translate these into effective marketing messages.
Create clear and compelling messaging that highlights the benefits and competitive advantages of the steel products.

4) Brand Development:

Develop and maintain the brand image for steel products, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Create promotional materials such as brochures, website content, case studies, and presentations that reflect the brands value proposition.

5) Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI to improve engagement and conversion rates.

6) Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide the necessary marketing materials and training to effectively sell steel products.
Assist in the development of pricing strategies and promotional offers to drive sales.

7) Customer Relationships & Networking:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay informed about market developments and establish networking opportunities.

8) Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, brand awareness, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in marketing within the manufacturing, industrial, or steel sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

2) Skills:

Strong understanding of the steel industry, including its trends, challenges, and customer needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media, email marketing).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams.
