About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist who will own the end-to-end strategy for customer engagement, retention, and growth. You'll use data-driven insights to build impactful email, SMS, and in-app messaging journeys that drive conversions and deepen customer relationships across the entire lifecycle—from onboarding and education to win-back and loyalty. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative testing, and hands-on execution.

What you'll be working on
- Develop and optimize customer lifecycle programs across channels (email, SMS, in-app, etc.).
- Build segmentation strategies and triggers that increase personalization and relevance.
- Own journey mapping and content planning from welcome to post-purchase and beyond.
- Partner with creative, data, and product teams to build cohesive experiences.
- Analyze performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients: prepping agendas, attending calls, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Stay ahead of trends in retention, deliverability, and customer behavior.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience.
- Proven track record of building automated campaigns that drive ROI.
- Strong experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using tools like Looker, GA, or Excel.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
