Role Description The Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at our Chandigarh, India office, supporting the growth and visibility of Essence Innovation’s health app. In this role, the specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, develop and refine marketing strategies, and conduct market research to understand user needs and competitive trends. The position involves collaborating with product and sales teams to craft messaging, manage promotional activities, and track campaign performance across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating marketing content, engaging with potential users and partners, supporting customer outreach, and analyzing data to optimize marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage users, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, define target segments, and design impactful campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and collaborative go-to-market efforts.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing, SEO/SEM) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret marketing analytics, measure campaign performance, and present insights clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest or experience in healthcare, health tech, or AI-driven products is an advantage.
