Role Description The Head of Online Marketing will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all online marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for Essence Innovation’s health app. This full-time, on-site role based in mohali, Sector 83, involves overseeing performance marketing campaigns, digital and social media marketing activities, and overall online brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing data to improve ROI, managing marketing budgets, and coordinating with product and design teams to align messaging. The role also involves guiding a marketing team, setting clear KPIs, exploring new online growth opportunities, and ensuring consistent, user-focused communication across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Performance Marketing skills, including campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-focused planning.
• Candidates should possess core Marketing and Online Marketing skills to develop integrated strategies and manage multi-channel initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web analytics tools.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, with experience in content planning, paid social campaigns, and community engagement.
• Experience leading marketing teams and managing budgets for growth-focused digital products, ideally in health tech or consumer apps.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad managers) and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
