Job Description
We're looking for a lifecycle marketing manager to own our end-to-end user journey for nurses and healthcare facilities. Including developing and optimizing our acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across email, in-app, push, and SMS.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute our marketing strategy (email, SMS, push, in-app) for acquisition, engagement, and retention of nurses and facilities.
- Own and oversee the optimization of our consumer engagement platform, Braze, to personalize communication with users.
- Develop a best-in-class acquisition and activation experience for our nurses.
- Continually analyze user behavior to find opportunities to increase the use of our product among our users.
- Develop a deep understanding of different user types and build personalized campaigns that increase retention and reduce churn.
- Continually optimize existing campaigns through A/B testing.
- Oversee our marketing team to develop engaging, personalized messaging that converts users and drives lifetime customer value.
- Collaborate with our product team to build triggered and transaction campaigns
- Work closely with our data team to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and their impact on the lifecycle journey of our users.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in retention/lifecycle marketing, including triggered, promotional, and transactional campaigns.
- Expertise with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform required (Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io , or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in using personalization and templating languages (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars) commonly used in customer engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of email design best practices, HTML, and copywriting for performance.
- Proficiency in setting up and analyzing statistically sound A/B tests.
- Experience connecting data from cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) into customer engagement platforms (via reverse ETL tools like Census) to enable advanced segmentation and personalization.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Experience with two-sided marketplace technology (e.g., Uber, TaskRabbit), where success depends on seamless interactions between supply and demand users.
An exceptional candidate will have:
- Expertise with a customer engagement platform, ie. Braze, Customer.io.
- Experience in a marketplace technology
- Experience in the healthcare, long term care, or nursing industry.
Salary Range: $120-180k USD
